Skrillex Gets the Disney Treatment
We’ve been hearing for a while now how superstar dubstep artist Skrillex was lending his skills to the soundtrack of the upcoming animated Disney film, “Wreck It Ralph,” but now it has come out that he has also landed a cameo in the movie! The character is based on Skrillex’s look, and has reportedly been personally approved by the DJ himself.
Skrillex will be the second mainstream DJ to work with Disney, with the first one being Deadmau5 back in 2011. Only time will tell how much more involved Disney will get with EDM, and we, for one, are looking forward to finding out!
