EDM.com Highlights Kristian Nairn’s Appearance on Howard Stern
EDM.com recently published an article featuring Kristian Nairn, discussing his appearance at the Howard Stern Show. Nairn was invited onto the show to discuss his music career while being in New York City for his Rave of Thrones gig at Irving Plaza.
Kristian Nairn discussed his views on the EDM industry and genre while on the Howard Stern Show. He explained that the genre of music he makes, house music, is nowhere near the same as the music that is now defined as EDM:
“I think in America you guys are kind of obsessed with the big EDM label… House is slightly different. You’ll have like real pianos, you’ll have like maybe someone play on a real bass, and there’ll be a lot of vocals and stuff. There’s definitely more of a musical element to it.”
