Seek Electromance Features Kevin Doherty And Amba Shepherd’s Single Lifeline

EDM blog Seek Electromance recently featured Kevin Doherty and Amba Shepherd’s new release, Lifeline. This single has a diverse remix package, but the blog’s favorite came from none other than up-and-coming electro heavyweight, Dyro. Check out what the blog had to say,

Next up is a recent release that I’m surprised has gone unnoticed on my radar for so long. The progressive house number “Lifeline” features the whimsical vocals of Amba Shepherd and the remixing talent of Aussie powerhouse Dyro. Already having garnered massive support from some of the biggest names in EDM, here’s what Hardwell had to say:

“It’s massive! And I knew that before even listening to the track. My boy Dyro never fails to deliver straight up dance floor bombs.”

With an endorsement of that caliber, there’s no need for my stamp of approval. Already boasting a slew of hits under his belt such as “EMP” and his “Kontiki” remix, Dyro is definitely becoming one to watch out for!

Our friends over at Radikal Records just sent us an email that made our day. They sent through the remix set of U.K DJ producer Kevin Doherty’s “Lifeline”, written and performed by Australian rising star Amba Shepherd. Oh, and may we add Amba was the vocalist on Porter Robinson’s “Vandalisim”.

The whole set was comprised of 8 killer remixes so it was really hard to pick out our favorites. With that being said, we finally picked out our top 3 which comprised of remixes from, Pauls Paris, Dyro and Dave Winnel. If we HAD to pick one remix overall though, Winnel would take the cake — massive tune.”

Aerial Noise Reviews Kevin Doherty And Amba Shepherd’s New Single Lifeline

Lifeline, the new single from UK producer Kevin Doherty and Australian rising-star Amba Shepherd. EDM blog Aerial Noise had a fantastic review of the release raving,

Whether its Rocket Pimp’s developed and resonance BOOM!-like effects or Dyro’s dreamland & smooth baby bottom feel, the NRG created is as evident across the majority of these remixes as a room fully packed of ‘avin it ravers & over exuberant party-goers.

The Vocal Club Mix, Paul Paris’ remix and the After Hours Dub – right through to Matthew Macinate’s and Nick Arbor’s remixes; – are all individually showing what real electronic dance music & energetic structure is exactly about, eighteen times over!

With more high-spirited layers than a bright n’ ripe orange and with Radikal Records help also, Ireland’s Kevin Doherty and Sydney’s Amba Shepherd (et all n’ sundry), have pulled another one out of Hogwarts infamous pointy hat.”

Chinkong And Karina’s Single High Up Gets Europopped

Europopped is a Europop blog by an American appreciator of all things Eurozone. The blog recently featured Chinkong and Karina’s new single High Up! Check out the review and the D’Lebedev Moscow remix, below.

Everyone wants to get high acros the Atlantic lately. Or at least “high up,” as Russia’s Chin Kong (seriously that’s his rather memorable name) and Karina Koks might say. The pair just debuted their video for “High Up” and it’s looking pretty good this morning. As far as I can tell this is new-ish DJ/producer Chin Kong’s international coming out party as a solo name of note. I wrote about him last year when he appeared alongside DJ Smash – But now he’s raising his profile with a tune (in English) with Karina Koks, another talent from Russia I’ve touched on, most notably via her association with DJ M.E.G. Together, Chin and Karina have crafted a catchy tune.
