Australian born, LA-based RIP Youth – the moniker of hit songwriter/producer James Maas – returns with the euphoric dance-pop single “One Night” available everywhere via Radikal Records.

Co-written with K33lanMuzik, the new track is inspired by the relatable desire to want to break free from the grind of daily life for just one night of carefree fun.

Now, the new single is supported with an official remix from multi-platinum, ARIA-nominated Bombs Away. Known as one of Australia’s most iconic party acts, Bombs Away have topped every chart over the past decade, with support from the likes of David Guetta, Tiësto, Marshmello, Timmy Trumpet and many more.

Their new mix of “One Night” channels the high-energy of Bombs Away’s notorious live-sets, blending massive electro synth grooves with RIP Youth’s infectious vocals for a proper dance floor banger. Having previously collaborated with each other, the remix truly brings out the best in both artists and elevates the original record to new heights.

The release follows-up RIP Youth’s collab with label-mate Maddox Jones on, “Not Cool Enough for LA” which premiered on radio via BBC’s Three Counties & Northants with Kerrie Cosh, and recent hit solo single “Pink Lemonade” which also received strong radio support in the US and Australia.

RIP Youth’s breakout smash came in 2022, with a collaboration with world–renowned DJ/Producer, R3HAB and exercise equipment trailblazers, Peloton on “It’s A Vibe (R3HAB Remix) – Peloton Edit”. Released in support of Pride Month, R3HAB’s remix of RIP Youth’s original track was premiered at Peloton New York Studios as part of Cody Rigsby and Peloton’s DJ John Michael’s ‘Pride Live DJ Ride’.

RIP Youth combines Maas’ love of pop, dance and R&B to create a sound that is quintessentially his own. Originally discovered by Sony BMG Australia, James Maas has collaborated and co-written Gold certified records with artists like CXLOE, JOJO and Brian McFadden. After relocating from Australia to Los Angeles he launched his solo project RIP Youth, blending irresistible melodies with euphoric dance-pop productions.

His debut single “You Love” with Bombs Away & Reigan broke onto New Music Friday in Italy, #16 on Sweden’s daily charts, and significant Australian airplay leading to an official remix from Italian DJ Molella. His follow-up single “It’s A Vibe” broke into the Top 10 on iTunes Australia Dance chart, with strong radio support in Australia (Joy 94.9, 2ONE, KIIS 106.5) the United States (Nexus) and the United Kingdom.
