Danish DJ/Producer THOBY drops an official remix for Patrik Humann & Mathilde’s dance-pop anthem “The Fool”
Radikal Records is kicking-off 2021 with the North American release of “The Fool”, a fresh collab from Swiss-born DJ/producer Patrik Humann and 19-year-old Danish artist, Mathilde. Released worldwide alongside Quattro Music, Warner Music and Kontor Records, the single is now supported by an official remix from Danish producer, Thoby.
Thoby has been making a name for himself in Denmark with his latest tracks receiving support from top DJ’s like MORTEN, Showtek, Bassjackers, DJs From Mars and many more. He’s been turning heads with his energetic live performances, building a strong fanbase from how he interacts with his crowds. For his new mix of “The Fool”, Thoby turns the original record into a powerful dose of electro-house backed by heavy synths. The producer has several tracks ready to drop in 2021, and is becoming an artist to watch.

“The Fool” is a dance-pop anthem is about realizing it’s time to move on from a toxic relationship and taking back control in your life. Just released in North America on Radikal Records the single is the debut release from 19-year-old Danish artist, Mathilde.
Mathilde has been singing, dancing and loving music ever since she was a child. With her curiosity, talent and training she has been working to find her own personal sound and style. Teaming up with longtime Swiss DJ Patrik Humann, who provides a synth-powered groove, the single showcases Mathilde as a new talent in dance music, not only in the Danish scene but worldwide.
Patrik Humann began his career and was quickly traveling the world, performing at clubs and festivals around the globe. Last year, his collaboration with Hanna Finsen titled “A Cage of Thoughts” was released and was a massive success in the club scene, as well as the follow-up “Sijan,” which was a blockbuster in its own right with huge support by Armin Van Buuren, Above & Beyond and Paul Van Dyk.
“The Fool” is Mathilde’s first of many releases in 2021. Look for “Make You Mine”, her collab with Finnish DJ and producer Devinity out January 29th on Radikal Records.
