Gummy DJ Teams Up with DASP to Take on Der Schwarze Mann in New Single, “Tik Tok”
While his previous single “Ha Ha Ha The Diskotape” continues to climb the Music Week Commercial Pop Charts, German techno/house producer, Gummy DJ returns with songwriter, DASP with another the new single, “Tik Tok (Der Schwarze Mann)”.
Inspired by the mythical figure of the same name, Der Schwarze Mann is known in European folklore as a dark ominous figure and the personification of death. In the track’s accompanying video, Produced and Written by Christian Andre Schneider and Luisa Prothmann, Gummy DJ and DASP find themselves running through the woods to escape from Der Schwarze Mann himself, with an unexpected twist.
Continuing on the path he started with his debut hit-single, “Bring Back the Bounce”, which has amassed over 3 Million YouTube views, Gummy DJ blends high energy electro house synths with hypnotic vocals on the new single.
Co-written/produced with DASP, “Tik Tok (Der Schwarze Mann)” the track’s playful, yet dark productions embody the true spirit of Der Schwarze Mann, adding another banger to Gummy DJ’s growing discography.

Since debuting in 2023 with “Bring Back the Bounce,” Gummy DJ has released a string of singles with Radikal Records including “Beats Bass and Melody”, “Waiting for Love”, and “Pizza in Ibiza”. In 2024 he teamed up with Italian dance artist, Giorgio on, “Come And Join The Party” along with providing a remix to Die Gockelz‘s debut “Turbo Turbo”, and appearing in the video.
