Please Save Me, the new single from Sunscreem vs. Push, has reached to Top 20 on the Billboard Club Chart. A large vocal euro trance anthem, it also reached the Top 20 on the UK and Dutch Pop Charts.
The first single off of the new Sunscreem album, Ten Mile Bank, Please Save Me combines the pulsating synths of Push with the beautiful vocals of Sunscreem. It has one of the sickest breaks that DJs have heard in a long time, with rumbling basslines and tweaked out sounds. The uplifting synth hooks are more than enough to turn the floor into a dancing frenzy.
Lucia Holm sings the haunting Please Save Me vocals. The song was featured as the lead track during the climax of the major motion picture South West Nine which was produced by Fruit Salad Films in the UK and released in the fall of 2001.

Ten Mile Bank is the fourth album from Sunscreem and the first Sunscreem album on Radikal Records. Based on a DJ set played by band member Bongo Ted at Ten Mile Bank in Norfolk, it consists of a seamless blend of previously unreleased tracks together with remixes by dance luminaries such as Matt Darey, Push, Trouser Enthusiasts, Lee Coombs, Angelic and Chiba.
Sunscreem had some success
in 1993 with dancefloor hits Pressure Us and Love U More.
Despite releasing one of the best dance albums of that decade - Change
Or Die, they soon fell from grace. Due to issues with their record
label at the time, their follow-up album Out Of The Woods was kept out of
the stores. However, demand was still there and fans who kept an
eye on their website were treated to New Dark Times, a solid selection
of instrumentals, as well as a remix album, Looking At You and in
1999, Music For The Screemillenium, an album's worth of b-sides, remixes
and demos released one mp3 at a time at a fan site.
The group has finally resolved their
label issues and the new official Sunscreem album, Ten Mile Bank,
has been released to critical acclaim. Sunscreem continues to dish
out some of the best music a synthesizer has ever served up. They
have always managed to capture a timeless quality in a musical genre that
dates faster than cheese. There ain't no cheese here.
