FAQ  (Frequently Asked Questions)

How do I submit a demo?
This is very clearly explained on our website.  We make it very easy for you.  Please click on the blue DEMOS button and follow the instructions that are posted there.

Can I email you an MP3 of my music/band?
Sorry, we do not accept demos via email.  The best way to get us to listen to your music is to send us a CD.  Follow the instructions posted on the DEMOS section of our website.

Does Radikal accept unsolicited demo material?
We love to check out new music.  We listen to every demo that we receive.  However, due to the amount of demos that we receive, sometimes it might take months and months before it is listened to.  We only respond to the ones that we are interested in.  Do not contact us to find out if we have received your demo or if we have listened to it.  If we are interested, we will contact you.

I have a college radio show or a radio mixshow and I want promos of new releases.  Who do I contact?  How can I get on your mailing list?
Please click on the CONTACT US button and then "Click Here" for general questions.  Please provide us with as much information as possible about your show - radio station, market, frequency, times and days the show airs, type of music you play.  You will then be required to email us your playlists on a regular basis for us to consider promotional service.

I am a club DJ.  How can I get added to your mailing list?
Sorry, we do not have a mailing list for club DJs.  The only DJs that we service with promos are the Billboard Club Chart Reporters.  If you are a club DJ and would like service from Radikal, apply to Billboard Magazine to become a Club Chart Reporter.

How do I get promotional copies of new releases for my fanzine/magazine/school paper?
Send samples of your publication to:
Radikal Records PR
PO Box 186
Teaneck, NJ 07666

Include a letter describing your involvement with the publication.

I work at a record store, how can I get your releases in stock?
Radikal Records is exclusively distributed by Navarre Distribution.  You can order directly from them or they can tell you how to get our stuff elsewhere.  Visit their website at www.navarre.com or give them a call at 1-800-728-4000.

I'm looking for a copy of O Fortuna by Apotheosis but I don't see it on your website.  Do you have any available?  Can you tell me where I can get a copy?
Sorry, this single has been out of print since 1992!  Your best chance of finding a copy would be on ebay.com.  We've seen many copies of it come up for auction over the past few years.

Are you hiring?  How can I be an intern at Radikal?
We are always looking for great new people to join the Radikal team.  Unfortunately, we aren't always hiring.  But if you are interested in a job/internship here, it is a good idea to submit your resume along with a cover letter for us to keep on file for when there is an opening.  Send to:  Radikal Records, Human Resources Dept, PO Box 186, Teaneck, NJ 07666.

Where is my order?
It always amazes us when we receive emails that say nothing more than "Where is my order?" or "Hey Dude, what's up with the stuff I ordered?".  Like we're supposed to know who you are and what you're referring to.  How about providing your name and some information about when you placed your order etc?  Please remember that you are not the only person ordering from us.  If you are concerned with the status of an order that you have placed online, please remember that you are dealing with a business and keep your email professional.  A good example would be:  "Hi, I recently placed an order at your online store and have not received it.  I was wondering if you could please check the status of my order for me.  My name is ____.  My address is ___.  I placed the order on (whatever date).  I paid with a credit card.  My order # is ___.  Thank you."

I just bought an ATB CD and the special internet code is not working?  Why?
Any special VIP access codes included in ATB CDs are provided by his official site - atb-music.com.  The codes are usually good until his next CD is released.  At which time there is usually a new set of codes issued which are included in the new CD.  So if you are purchasing an older CD, like Dedicated, that includes codes, those codes are no longer valid since the CD is several years old now.
