The Cherry Bomb Project was formed
when two former hardcore gabber producers entered the Dutch hard
club scene. Both Michel Van Der Padt and Berry Verschuren started dj-careers
as hardcore jocks back in 1992. One year later, they produced their
first hardcore hits as Noizer and Berry. They then went on to
produce loads of records on various European hardcore labels such as
Basic Beat and Midtown Records. Their debut in the hard club and
hard trance scene is this, The Cherry Bomb EP.
Already released in The Netherlands, The Cherry Bomb Project have
recently topped the Dutch Dance Charts. Do Dum and Up & Down are the
tracks that are receiving the most attention.
