Kernkraft 400 attempts to reeducate a whole raver-generation. The first step was taken when it appeared on the last Mayday Compilation. That was it's first exposure. Then club DJ's worldwide began noticing the track and playing it. And then everything just blew up.
Zombie Nation led the dance at the biggest rave in Germany this past April. Their "unappeasable lust for blood" (and be it their own) also made them enter the dangerous terrain of major label cooperations. That helped to bring Kernkraft 400 up to # 2 on the German Dance Charts.
Zombie Nation is ruled by Gnork Zomb, who appears in publicity under the commercially bearable synonym Splank! His fields are, in his own words, "supervision, control and planning". There are people who assert that he is also involved in a bootleg series called Kranke Musique and that he is throwing the legendary illegal parties called Instant in Munich, whereas others claim that he only makes up all of these stories to be able to open his own butcher's business one day. In the meantime, they are selling different nuclear powered electric appliances.
With Kernkraft 400, they should be able to open up a whole chain of butcher shops soon. And maybe Zombie-city isn't too far off. This record is reaching new heights everyday. Club DJ's have been scrambling to get a copy to play in their clubs. Radio stations across the USA are adding it to their playlists. Record stores can't keep it in stock. Bootleg and illegal copies are popping up everywhere! It's nearing mass hysteria. But wait!!!
The Zombie Nation invasion is only beginning.
